This was a perfectly planned, outdoor, DIY rustic organic, wedding in Florida. From the gorgeous wedding gown and bridal dresses and one of a kind table napkins individualized for each guest, to the seriously gorgeous wedding guests and cool bridal party, everything was just right. There were tattoos on just about everyone, a gorgeous barn, and a life size wooden mannequin. In other words, it was a visual delight or like George Takei would say, "Oh My."
Even with all these moving parts, the best thing about Stephany and James' wedding was not the obvious external beauty; it was all the love in the air, the friendship, and the looks. You could feel it everywhere you turned.
From the very start, I knew this wedding would be fun, but it turned out to be so much more than that. I was reminded why being selfless as a wedding photographer is important to me. For me, all it took to end the bridal portraits early was one look at the bride and groom. I knew all they wanted to do was to go back and join the party with their loved ones. I couldn't blame them.
In the end I know they had a blast and I got all the photos that really counted.
